- Who can use LoveGiving? LoveGiving directly integrates with ExpensePlus, a brilliant online fund accounting package for churches and charities. Currently, only Churches and Charities that use ExpensePlus can accept online donations via LoveGiving.
- How are donations processed? Donations are processed securely via Stripe. If you don’t already have a Stripe account, it’s easy to set one up as part of the 3 step setup process. Money that is given is processed via Stripe and then paid out into your bank account.
- Are payments secure? Yes, Stripe securely handles the payments being processed. Stripe is PCI compliant, which is key to ensuring your donor data remains secure. Stripe also has security features that keep your information safe as it travels across the payment network.
- How soon will I receive the funds? LoveGiving processes donations via Stripe, with donations paid out to your bank account in as little as 3 days. Within Stripe, you can set your payout frequency to automatic, or choose weekly or monthly payouts.
- What details can we see for the donors who have given? Within the LoveGiving module in ExpensePlus, you can see details of all donations received, how these breakdown by fund as well as donor details. In addition, the wider donation reports within ExpensePlus provide a brilliant overview of your church or charity's donations data.
